Author Guidelines

Please check that the paper is making some unique contribution to ideas about Peace (unique means they have not been published already elsewhere - unless the paper is attempting to summarize multiple other sources). Generally, papers are expected to have references. Please use an author-date style of referencing with in-text citations. Ideally, the citations for quotations will also indicate page numbers where possible (websites are unlikely to have page numbers!). There is no particular word limit, maximum or minimum - as a guideline an appropriate wordcount is 2,000 - 8,000 but consideration will be given to papers outside these guidelines. Unless the paper itself is a bibliography, it should have references not bibliography. There is no fixed author-date standard, and some flexibility is allowed - once you have chosen an author-date style, be consistent. Please conform to the checklist below. Each paper should have an abstract, and about 5 keywords (which may be a phrase). Editorial adjustments may be made between acceptance and publication. As you own the copyright of your contribution give some indication of any rights you give to readers in dealing with your work, or if you should be contacted before a reader uses your work for any purpose other than reading the paper. Papers should be in English.
